1. No confessions containing personal information such as full names, phone numbers, physical adress and banking details will be approved. Only first name is accpetable under several considerations on your submissions content
2. No submissions asking for hook ups or relationships will be approved, there are dating sites for that and the admin will not be held responsible for anything going wrong outside of the page
3. No direct attack on people based on what we call protected characteristics — race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, and serious disease or disability will be approved unless reflected in good light
4. This is not a job seeking or charity page, there are groups that focus on that but it's just not ours
5. Submissions containing zero information for us to identify the problem and provide a solution will not be accepted
6. We don't have qualified medical practioners or experts in dealing with trauma, depression and other health related issues, advice you will be receiving is from unqualified individuals and you should consult first with a professional
7. All submissions are anonymous
8. No advertising of services or products, those are done with consultation with the admin under a certain fee
